Purpose
Our purpose is to break up the power of the super-rich and greedy corporations that influence the economic, political, and social systems of working people and their families. We demand policies and actions that prioritize fairness, opportunity, work life balance, and economic justice so that all workers thrive. We stand together against injustice and hold those in power accountable. We will prevent injury and take action when harm occurs. We intend to create a more just society rooted in equity where all working people – across generations – belong and are empowered to claim their rightful share of prosperity.
Demands
In response to unprecedented attacks on working people, our Union has launched a comprehensive plan focused on putting workers first, above billionaires and corporations. We are demanding every worker’s right to form a Union free from interference, the ability to earn a living wage, access quality, affordable benefits, have a voice on the job, and be protected by strong rights and safeguards
