Everything you need to know about the Member Resource Center!
As SEIU District 1199 we try to do everything possible to make our website easy to navigate for our members. But we also want to make sure that when you go to our site, you’re getting all the information you could ever need to utilize every benefit that you have as a member.
That’s where the Member Resource Center comes in.
In the Member Resource Center we have created several sections so that you can navigate your rights and benefits that come along with being a SEIU member.
On the Member Benefits page, you’ll find a place to easily download your member card, information about popular discounts like local takeout and fast food discounts, grocery coupons, 20% off Advance Auto Parts, $20 off tax preparation and more.
You can also learn more about the Union Plus benefits like credit counseling, strike benefits, layoff or furlough assistance, medical bill negotiating service, debt management services, vacation discounts, Bachelor’s Degree for $4,500 a year at most & E-Books included with Ohio’s Central State University, Union Plus scholarship program, and free legal program basic services.
On the Know Your Rights page, you’ll find a wealth of information about the rights that you have as a union member and worker. There’s also an FAQ that helps explain a lot of the frequently asked questions when it comes to your rights.
In the Member Resource Center, you’ll also find our Forms page. Here you can find forms ranging from Grievances Forms to Event Sign Up Sheets!
