Q. What if I can’t log in to the Leadership Assembly?

A. The main assembly presentation will be held on teams. To log in go here. If you still cannot get in, give us a call at 1-877-419-7348 and some in your Member Resource Center can help.

Q. How do I find my workshops?

A. Your workshops were sent to you via email. If you do not see an email be sure to check your junk or spam folders. It’s also possible that you may have deleted the email so check your trash folder as well. If you did not receive an email, you can contact your Member Resource Center at 1-877-419-7348.

Q. What if I don’t have Teams or Zoom?

A. No problem. You only need to download Zoom or Teams if you are using a mobile device such as a phone, iPad or tablet. For android devices you can search for the apps in the Play Store. For iPads and iPhones, you can download the apps from the app store. If you are using a PC just click the links in your email, you will see options to download the applications or to watch on the web instead.

Q. I won a raffle prize, how do I get it and when?

A. Hang Tight! We also know you won, we will contact you directly. Just give us a day or two. If you haven’t heard from us by then, send us an email at mrc@seiu1199.org.
